Services

What We Build

Each service is designed to do one thing exceptionally well. Together, they form the complete architecture of a brand experience program.

Conference room setup

The events we design

01

Flagship Events

The owned moment that defines a category.

Your owned event, built from positioning up. Every programming decision, speaker curation, venue choice, and attendee journey designed to make your brand the center of gravity in your category.

Who it’s for: Everyone from practitioner to executive who wants to rally a community around your category, in an owned event that defines it.

What “done” looks like: A repeatable annual event with a clear thesis, tier-1 speakers, and a room that sells your positioning before the first session starts.

02

Executive & VIP Experiences

Where relationships are made.

Intimate dinners, advisory boards, and marquee hospitality where the right people in the right room close more pipeline than a thousand-person conference. Designed for depth, not volume.

Who it’s for: Decision-makers in the executive C-suite who want peer-level access to learn, grow, connect, and share best practices.

What “done” looks like: A monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence of executive touchpoints with documented pipeline influenced, and a sales team that actually shows up.

03

Internal & Incentive Programs

Where culture meets revenue.

The moments that point inward. Sales kickoffs that set the year, President’s Clubs that reward it, all-hands that make the strategy land, and high-touch executive offsites where leadership teams do their best thinking. The programs that align a go-to-market org and celebrate the people who hit the number.

Who it’s for: Revenue and people leaders who treat alignment, motivation, and retention as a growth strategy, and executive teams who want a high-touch offsite that earns the time away.

What “done” looks like: A kickoff or incentive program with a clear narrative, a room that earns its standing ovation, and a team that leaves bought in.

04

Customer Advocacy & Community

The advocacy your customers build for you.

The programs that turn your best customers into your best pipeline. Advisory boards, community events, online forums, and the awards and recognition moments that make advocates want to stay and bring others with them.

Who it’s for: Customer marketing and community leaders building or relaunching a CAB, an advocacy or awards program, or a community their customers actually show up for.

What “done” looks like: A living community and advocacy engine with named champions, a referenceable customer base, and advocacy you can trace to pipeline.

05

Brand Activations

Where the brand becomes the message.

The brand moments people walk into, not past. Marquee activations, experiential installs, product launches, and an unforgettable presence at the third-party conferences where you need to own the room. The brand made physical, designed to land in the room and travel across every feed.

Who it’s for: Brands making a category statement, or teams spending serious budget on a conference who want ROI they can show the CFO.

What “done” looks like: An activation or presence strategy with clear goals, a brand experience people remember and share, and a pipeline number you are confident defending.

How We Work

Designed, not produced.

Most event agencies execute what you tell them to build. We start with your positioning and work backwards to the room. The venue, the run-of-show, the speaker lineup, the invitation design, all of it flows from a single strategic thesis.

We are an embedded partner, not a vendor. That means you get one point of contact, full strategic ownership, and a team that has been in your seat.

Why Sommers House

Changing the way you measure success.

We work with brands who believe their events should be the most credible room their audience ever sits in. Sommers House is here to help you measure success not by badge scans, but by deals opened, categories defined, and rooms people talk about long after they leave.

Common Questions

Questions, answered.

What does Sommers House do?

Sommers House is a brand-experience studio. We design and produce the moments that define a brand: flagship summits, executive and VIP programs, internal and incentive events, customer advocacy and awards programs, and brand activations. One operator owns both the strategy and the production end to end, so the room people walk into is the brand you promised.

Who is Sommers House for?

CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and field and demand-gen leaders at B2B and B2B2C companies who treat events as a revenue channel, not a line item. The work fits teams who want an owned moment that defines their category, and who measure it in pipeline, not badge scans.

How is this different from an event production agency?

Most event shops are experts in logistics; very few have held a CMO’s P&L. Lauren has. Sommers House operates at the level where strategy is made (narrative, positioning, and the number) then produces to that standard. Operator, not vendor: we own the brand and the outcome, not just the run-of-show.

How do you measure event ROI?

Every engagement is built to a single number the CMO can defend, defined before the first invitation goes out. Across past programs that has meant $100M+ in influenced pipeline, a summit moved from cost center to profitable in three years, and advocacy programs that grew 193%. We report against that metric after the room clears.

What kinds of events do you take on?

Premium only: flagship conferences, owned summits, executive dinners and advisory boards, SKOs and President’s Clubs, executive offsites, customer advocacy and awards programs, and marquee brand activations such as the US Open, F1, the Masters, South by Southwest, Cannes and Davos. We are deliberately narrow: no booths, no badge scanners. We produce the moments worth remembering and say no to the rest.

Who runs Sommers House?

Sommers House is led by founder Lauren Sommers, who spent two decades owning the brand, the number and the room across Marketo/Adobe, Gainsight, Hopin and beyond, including time as a CMO, before launching the studio. You work directly with the operator, not an account layer.
